DeepFarts Editor Tutorial

Everything you need to go from upload to export in one walkthrough.

1. Start a fresh project

Head to the Editor and either drag a clip into the upload panel or click Choose Video File to browse. You can also record directly in the browser if you need a quick capture. The uploader accepts MP4, WebM, MOV, and AVI up to 100 MB.

2. Learn the workspace layout

The workspace presents playback, library, and timeline tools side-by-side for quick edits.

3. Place and fine tune sound markers

Click anywhere on the timeline to set the playhead, then hit Add Sound Here Toggle play/pause to hear the cue in context and iterate until you are happy.

  • Markers can be deleted you change your mind.

4. Export and share

When the timeline feels right, click Export Video. The backend queues a render job and reports progress (Preparing → Processing → Finalizing). When the status shows Complete, download the new MP4 and share it anywhere you like.

  • Rendering happens server-side; keep the tab open to monitor progress.
  • Exports include all current markers and the original video in one merged file.

Pro tips

  • Favorites: Use the heart icon in the library to build a quick-access set of sounds.
  • Theme toggle: Switch between light and dark mode from the header to suit your room lighting.
