By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and only to upload content that you have the rights to use. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your uploads for the sole purpose of providing previews and exports.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or that outputs will meet your expectations.
Uploads are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted after a short retention period (about 24 hours). You can initiate deletion at any time from within the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Have billing or product questions? Email admin@deepfarts.io and include the email tied to your DeepFarts account plus any recent Stripe receipts. We aim to respond within two business days. If you cannot access email, reach out through the GitHub issue tracker and we will move the conversation to a private channel.
DeepFarts sells access to digital tools and subscriptions. If something goes wrong with a paid plan—such as you being charged twice, losing access immediately after purchase, or encountering a critical technical failure—contact support within 14 days of the charge. Provide your Stripe receipt ID and a brief description of the problem so we can investigate. We will either resolve the issue or provide a good-faith refund. Bank or card disputes should be used only after you have given us a chance to help.
You can cancel a recurring DeepFarts subscription at any time. Open the billing portal link in your account profile (or any “Manage Billing” email) to end the subscription at the close of the current paid term. Need help? Email support and we will cancel on your behalf and confirm the expiration date in writing.
We do not ship or sell physical goods—DeepFarts is a digital service. Because no items are delivered by mail, there is no product return process. If we ever introduce merchandise or hardware, we will publish a detailed return workflow here before launch.
Access to DeepFarts must comply with United States export controls and economic sanctions. You may not use the service if you are located in a country or region embargoed by the U.S. government, or if you appear on any U.S. sanctions list. You are responsible for following the laws of your jurisdiction when exporting or sharing generated media.
Promotional codes, referral perks, or discounted introductory pricing will always list an expiration date and eligibility rules where offered. Unless stated otherwise, promos apply only to the first billing term, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to suspend a promotion if it is abused or misapplied.
